Listing is for 13 shutter fasteners. They are genuine Mid America Building Products 3" VINYL SHUTTER-LOK SPIKES and they are bagged in packs of twelve but I am adding one additional plug to each bag as a back up. Very easy to use just drill a 1/4" hole though the shutter and deep enough for the plug into the wall, then push or tap the plug in. Be careful not to over push just let the plug head rest lightly again the shutter. Can also be used to as a quick and easy means to attach other decorative items to your house such as plaques or signs. See below for details and directions

Directions:
Use (4) spikes per shutter up to 43"
Use (6) spikes per shutter for 44" and over
Drill 1/4" hole thru shutter and into wall deep enough to accept full length of Shutter-Lok.
Gently tap Shutter-Lok thru shutter and into hole.
Do not over tighten shutter to wall. Shutters will expand/contract with weather changes.
