At the top front edge is an inch and a half crack and on the backside is a 1" crack on one of the seams. There is a small crack in the yellow handle where the white plastic ring goes through. The yellow handle is a thicker material than the pink square body of the rattle, where the walls are quite thin which explains the dents and the pushed-in areas. There is a chip in the white paint on the left side above the babies face. The babies face could have been drawn by my grandmother. It no longer has a rattle inside?
