The inside front cover has the calendar years 1954 and 1955 and the back cover has the calendar years 1956 and 1957. The Table Of Contents has Egg Production Record, Egg Income Record, Milk Record, Sales Record, Record of Expenses, Record Of Income, Record of Amounts Payable, Records Of Amounts Receivable, Summary Of Cash Results, Crop Record, Stock Breeding Record, Inventory Of Stock and Produce, Inventory Of Buildings And Equipment. There is some general wear on the front cover and a little rust on the staples on the binding.
