1956 SOCONY MOBIL OIL Wall CALENDER Gargoyle Lubricants 12.5" x  22.5"
Very nice original 1955 Advertising wall calendar for Mobil Oil / SOCONY /Gargoyle Lubricants.  13 month calendar from Dec 1955 to Dec 1956 opens up to 12.5" x 22.5".
Has a selection of rural photos on 1/2 the calendar and a nice large monthly calendar with smaller spaces for the previous and upcoming months.  Each month has th eMobil Oil, SOCONY, and the Gargoyle Pegasus logo prominently displayed.  Photos range from a church, to kids swimming in a farm pond to a retriever with a pheasant.  The calendar is in very nice unused condition except for the month of October where there are several ink notations written in.  Minor wear to the edges and corners and minor soiling to the Season's Greetings Themed cover.  Very nice piece of highly collectible vintage oil advertising.  Please  see the photos for more details and to evaluate condition for yourself
