No markings to indicate the maker of this piece.
Appears to be made of resin.
Very nice condition.
One blemish to mention: The green shirt under his jacket has a stain. This looks to be a glue stain from glue that has come undone where the glue was supposed to keep the coat closed up a bit.
This can be reglued or left as is because it’s really hard to see unless you’re right on top of it.
