Pick your favorite! Each variety comes in an 8 inch x 10 inch, x 3 inch zip lock bag (gallon size).
Some settling of shavings may occur during shipping.
We have found if you are just grilling for 2 people, filling the smoker box half full is adequate.
Each bag contains enough shavings or shreds to fill a smoker box (like the example picture),
4 or more times depending on how full and tightly packed you fill the box.

You are the master of your grill or smoker and know how you like to cook with these products.
We would suggest this wood be soaked in water and let air dried for as long as you feel appropriate
as it is seasoned and drier than some of our other products of similar nature.

Mature aged trees in an 100+ year old untouched 9 acre woods. We believe this source to be as organic as possible.
As with organic fresh products direct from the farm, there may be imperfections in the wood, a spec or two of dirt in the box.
Some Indiana trees have discoloration in the bark which is a type of moss or some other natural occurrence.
We hand handle each stick of wood and keep the wood as clean as possible and practical.
