No one else makes these and I have combined our best selling oak BBQ items into one, amazing box. These are HEAVY weighing in between 25-30 pounds per box. After all, its solid oak.
The wine barrels come from Opus 1, Stags Leap, Monticello, Rutherford Hill Winery, Rutherford, Chateau Montelena, Clos Pegase, Chimney Rock, Castello di Amorosa, and more.
Each has a unique flavor and you can totally taste the difference between wines. Cabernet, Malbec, Chardonnay, Viognier, Pinot Noir, Barbera and more, all included!
This box contains 16+ bags of BBQ Chips and bundles BBQ Staves. Each bag will be different and varieties vary depending upon which wines are currently being bottled. I add an extra gift to each box and the box itself is a gift box shipped inside another box so its gift ready.
After years of soaking up all the wine and infusing their delicate oak flavor, they are carefully cut, dried and packaged for BBQ and grilling.
The flavor is unbelievable when cooking and really does infuse wine and oak flavor into your food and you can really taste the difference between flavors. comes with full directions for use.
The bags and box are all 100% recycled material and the oak is all recycled from the local vineyards. Bag sizes may vary, but each box will always contain the same volume and I pack these suckers FULL!

To use
: About 15 minutes to an hour before cooking, start the chips soaking in water. We keep a coffee can by the grill and every time we start the fire, we just throw about a cup or so in the can with a little water to soak while the fire gets going.
If you have a gas grill, many have smoker trays built in--or you can make your own. Take a piece of tinfoil and fold it into a packet (we make ours the size of a hot dog bun to give you an idea of size) and load the chips and water into the foil. With a fork or any convenient sharp object, punch several holes into the top of the packet. Just put it on the grill right next to the food. It smokes up wonderfully!
For charcoal or wood BBQ's, throw the soaked chips directly onto the fire when you start cooking.
