Celluloid Roly Poly 2 3/4” Girl or Lady Doll Vintage Toy with sideways diamond S

Celluloid Roly Poly Girl with red bonnet and green dress holding a gold ball shaped item in her hand
Approximately 2 3/4” 7cm tall
Marked with a sidewise diamond and an S in the middle and possibly some other marks I can’t quite make out.
She was designed with a hole in the top of her head but it has chipped away a bit and this is light crack running from the hole to her forehead but it seems stable.
