    Description

    Three original vintage 1939 Mobilgas road maps of New England, printed more than 82 years ago.
    Each map opens to a generous 28½" x 21" and has great detail on old highway alignments, with cartography by the General Drafting Company:
    Massachusetts, Connecticut & Rhode Island
    Maine
    New Hampshire & Vermont
    There's a tourist map of New England on the reverse side of each map, including a panel of text on places to explore and enjoy "after your trip to the Fair."
    All three maps were published in 1939 by the Standard Oil of New York Division of the Socony-Vacuum Oil Company, Inc.
