Hassleback Potato Slicing Holder/ Rack For Slicing Your Potatoes. The potato is placed onto the wooden base on top of the two small spikes where it secures the potato you then slide the stainless steel slicing guide back onto its base and now you just take your knife and slice down towards the base. Your potato won’t slice all the way through, makes perfect cuts. You can slice in every opening or if you want thicker slices, do every other one. This item has never been used ,but is w/o box so had to list it as used. The item is dishwasher safe but with all wooden bases I would definitely hand wash the base.
Measurements are 5 1/2” x 3 1/4” on base from bottom of base to top curve it measures 4”
