Using a salt plate results in a milder flavor than when using ground salt. Himalayan salt is rich in trace minerals, which adds to the depth of flavor your foods will achieve when cooked, chilled, or simply presented on the plate. Himalayan salt plates have naturally low moisture contents, which allow the plate to be heated or chilled to extreme temperatures. Our salt plate holder eliminates excess pressure to any one area of your plate, while protecting fragile edges and extending the salt plate's life. As your salt plate begins to wear down, you will get more use of the cooking surface by using the holder as a frame to hold together the pieces of salt. DIRECTIONS: Your salt plate will work well on the grill, gas range or chilled in the refrigerator. When heating your salt plate, heat gradually over the lowest flame possible. Slowly increase the heat to medium for approximately 30-45 minutes until the plate reaches the best cooking temperature of around 300 Degree F. If heating on the grill, keep the grill lid closed while heating. Once the plate is heated, you may either continue to cook over heat or carefully remove the plate and cook off heat. The plate will maintain its temperature for some time. Please keep in mind that food will acquire saltier flavor as the plate cools. We do not recommend using in the oven. Cancellation
Per eBay policy regarding cancellation, we are required to accept a cancellation within 1 (one) hour of the time you placed your order. Please understand, that once we process your order, it is very difficult to reverse it, and impossible once we shipped the item. If you need to cancel after your hour expires, you will have to follow the steps laid out in the return policy, once the item arrives.

The item is considered "returned" on the date the carrier has on record, that they delivered the item back to our warehouse/supplier. We will not allow a refund unless the date occurs before the 30 days have elapsed, so it is important that you act promptly, or else we cannot guarantee the refund. In this case, we may refuse the returned package.
ALL returns, regardless of reason, must be in the ORIGINAL packaging, UNLESS the packaging was so badly damaged in shipment that they are no longer usable for that purpose.  IF THIS is the case with your shipment, we will need PHOTOS of the damaged package.  You should take these photos from several different angles, BEFORE you try to open it.
Return unsatisfactory products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you just changed your mind, you can return the product, and you must pay for return shipping, and we will also charge back the original shipping that we already paid when we shipped your item. And you must return the item in new or unused, unopened, unmarked, unwashed or original condition with all original material included with the shipment.

Undeliverable package
The honest truth is that we have no way of knowing if your address is correct.  Only you can give us your correct address.  So if your address is wrong, or there is no safe place available at your shipping address when the courier tries to deliver your package, we will not accept responsibility for that, so MAKE SURE your address info is correct.  Otherwise, we will charge you the original shipping that we paid for your shipment.
