Description
Here is an excellent pair of candlestick holders from Roseville Pottery's "Columbine" floral-accented line introduced in 1941. Roseville called the background color on this one "Red", but it is actually pink on the top, and a dusty rose on the body, which fades into green on the base. These are accented with strands of columbine with a pink blossom on each side, with two angled handles.Shape # 1145-2 1/2". Here the 2 1/2" refers to the height of the piece. The stick opening is approx. 0.75". The base has a 4.25" diameter. It has "Roseville U.S.A 1145-2 1/2" in raised relief on the bottom.
Condition: Mint, with no chips, no cracks, no crazing and no repairs! The pair are very well-matched in coloring.
These are nice companion pieces to the two Columbine bowls and flower frog that I also have listed.
I will be listing quite a few pieces of Roseville in the coming days, and am happy to combine shipping--just let me know. I start all my listings as true {{detail_product_description}}.99 auctions. Good luck bidding!
