Description
Here is an excellent example of Roseville Pottery's "Freesia" floral-accented line, introduced in 1945. Roseville called the background color on this basket vase "Delft Blue". The freesia have yellow blossoms on one side, and cream and yellow on the other. This vase is shape #120-7". Here the 7" refers to the inside depth of the vase. It stands 7.25" tall and 5.5" wide, handle-tip to tip. It has "Roseville U.S.A. 120-7" in raised relief on the bottom.Condition: Mint, with no chips, no cracks, no repairs, and no crazing! As made, a few tiny light spots in the glaze (see photos #8-9), and lighter on the edges of the handles.
