Black Binder: Car Service Bulletins - By the General Petroleum Corporation  Not Dated - but, pictures of all cars within seem to be 1940s. Dense Black cardboard cover with well over 100 pages of service bulletins for the Station Owners.  Individual sections that cover:  Batteries, Spark Plugs Cooling Systems, Tools and Equipment, Braking & Selling Brake Services, Lubrication, Oil Filters, Mobil Upperlube Tonic Treatment, Air Cleaners.........  and More.
Condition:
Black Cover:  Is made of a dense cardboard material and is in "Super Condition" with no ribs tears or stains. Binder is in outstanding condition and intact.  Front colors both Lettering and Pegasus on the front are Excellent!.
Pages:  This Bulletin was used and pages reflect this. Light finger prints/smudges. Light water staining on outer edges of about 1/4 of the pages near the middle. No rips or tears.
Other literature has minor wear and tear. the business clothes pages have been partially filled in, the Dealers Sales aid booklet has some writing in front.
