May 2020 Update
Effective Immediately, I will no longer offer International Shipping with the exception of Canada. I have lost over 0 in revenue in the last two months from lost International packages, primarily due to items not reaching their intended destinations. If you want to bid Internationally, I suggest using a consolidating service in the US to ship your parcels overseas. Please reach out to me with any questions, as I would like to sell to repeat customers who have bought for years, but we have to find a amicable solution so that the items are not lost.
I am discontinuing the use of Media Mail and charging first class with tracking only on books and videos. I've had a book that has taken more than 4 weeks to reach the buyer, and it still has not arrived. That is not fair to my customers or myself if I have to offer refunds for lost items when a dispute is opened.
There are several additional changes coming that are also affecting this decision. In the long term I'll be scaling back on listings and store offerings. I have been very generous to offer shipping refunds for over-payment for the last 15 years, but that will also be ending in July. With rising fees, and being forced into programs that reduce our long term revenue to satisfy the stockholders, there is a very thin profit margin to work with. What that means in the long term remains to be seen, but I'll be looking at all options to continue to offer reasonably priced slides with superior service. Auction Terms, Shipping and More
Standard Ebay auction terms and policies apply to all auctions.
Payment must be received within 14 days unless you've contacted me in advance to combine shipping charges. After the 14th day, an non pay dispute will be opened with Ebay.
Shipping rates are listed for US customers, but I ship most items worldwide. I will gladly combine several auction wins onto a single invoice, but please wait for me to send an invoice before remitting payment.
If you receive the wrong item, or receive an item that is damaged, please contact me though the Ebay message board before opening a dispute with Ebay. I always work to resolve any issues with the items I am selling immediately.
As noted above, I am not a retail store, I work a full time job in addition to selling on Ebay, because my work hours and shifts vary each week, it usually takes me 2-3 days from receiving a cleared payment before the item is mailed. Please do not assume I send out items the next day after receiving a cleared payment, if you have a deadline to receive the item, please contact me through the message board and I will work to honor your request.
