Love the flavor

I love the aroma and the apple smoke flavor that these provide. I have used them in a large smoker as well as my smaller charcoal grill. For the smaller charcoal grill, I chop up the chunks into smaller pieces and then soak them in water for about an hour. Then once the charcoal is ready and the food on the grill, I put the soaked chopped up chunks (usually 4 or 5 as that grill is not real big) onto the coals. With them being wet, they won't flame up and burn the food...they'll just smoke and provide that great flavor!

Returns
