Rare Mobil Standard Vacuum Atlas Batteries Advertising Paperweight - Pegasus

Up for sale is this rare Standard Vacuum Atlas Batteries Advertising Paperweight. This is a very interesting piece and I have not been able to find any information on it. It is made of plastic and is probably filled with lead and it has a felt bottom. It measures just over 2" wide and about 2" tall. There are a few small chips in the plastic on the battery.
