Dated 1943, this Rookwood Pottery Nude with Frog paperweight, shape number 6521, stands 4.5" tall and sits on a base that is 3.75" by 2.5". Designed by Louise Abel in 1935, this paperweight is finished in an overall ivory mat glaze. In factory original condition, there are no chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs. Marks include the Rookwood Pottery "RP" factory logo, flames, XLIII (date) and 6521 (shape). A very nice Rookwood Pottery paperweight to add to your collection.
