This Roseville matte green arts and crafts hanging basket stands 4.5" tall, and the top opening is 4.5" in diameter. The pattern repeats four times.  Note a factory glaze miss on the lip (photo 4).  NOTE a finite hairline from the lip to a hanging hole (photos 5-6).  This vase is guaranteed to have no chips, no other hairlines, and no restorations.
