ROSEVILLE POTTERY EARLY CARNELIAN 9" TALL VASE

Description

Circa 1915, this Roseville Pottery Early Carnelian vase stands 9" tall by 5.5" in diameter and has a rim opening of 4.75" across (outside rim to rim). Resembling Antique Matt Green, it is finished in a mottled green glaze with pink-orange highlights. In factory original condition, there are no chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs. Unmarked, similarly glazed shapes can be seen on pages 117 and 119 in Introducing Roseville Pottery by Mark Bassett.
