ROSEVILLE POTTERY GREEN VELMOSS II VASE SHAPE 116-8"

Description

Circa 1930's, this Roseville Pottery Velmoss II double bud vase, shape number 116-8", stands 8.25" tall and sits on a base that is 5" by 3.5". Beautifully finished in a matte green glaze, it is decorated with long leaves on both sides with a leaf as a handle in the middle. In overall good condition, at the rim on the taller bud vase, are two very small hairlines. Unmarked, this same shape can be seen on page 247 in Introduction Roseville Pottery by Mark Bassett.
