Description
Circa 1930's, this Roseville Pottery Ferella vase, shape number 510-9", stands 9" tall, rim opening of 4.25" across, handle to handle is almost 6" across, and at the widest point is approximately 5" across. Beautifully finished in a feathered red colored glaze, it is decorated with cutouts at the top and bottom, and stylized "shells". In overall good condition, at the base are two lines going into the cutouts. Unmarked, similar shapes can be seen on pages 126 and 127 in Introducing Roseville Pottery by Mark Bassett.
