Roseville Pottery “Rozane Light”Jardiniere, 9.5” Tall, Mold Number 462-10”
Up for auction is a Roseville Pottery Rozane Light Jardiniere.
This jardiniere has no bottom markings.
However the actual mold number is 462-10”.
As proof, I’ve included a copy of this jardiniere’s shape/mold number illustrated in the
Original Catalog sheet held by the Ohio Historical Society in Columbus Ohio.
Due to a lack of catalog sheets for “Rozane Light”, I’ve used the catalog sheet for Matt Green jardinieres.
This piece is on row two, the second Jardiniere on the left.
Nevertheless this piece was made by the Roseville Pottery Company. This shape came in multiple sizes, from 3” to 12”.
The next size smaller (8-inch) is also up for auction.
This large piece has a rim chip and the bottom was broken with the pieces re-glued.
Given this, this jardiniere is sold “as is” and is priced accordingly.
