    Looking for something different for your next smoking adventure? Something unique? Something none of your smoker friends are using? Organic Ozark Sassafras woods may just be what you're looking for!
    Each piece of wood is a minimum of 5 inches long and vary from 1 1/2 to 3 inches in diameter. I have some cut a year old and some fresh cut, what ever your needs are.
    The pieces come whole with the bark on. You can use as is, use without the bark, or split into smaller pieces.
    I personally debark and split the chunks. I use 3 pieces for each smoke. Sassafras imparts a very nice flavor that enhances the meat without being overpowering.
