This is a used 1940's 1950's Socony Vacuum Pegasus Horse Car Attendants Window Sprayer.  The unit has good seals and pumps water.  Nozzle is plugged.  There is a line dent as shown in the photos.  Great find for any vintage collection.  Please look at the pictures closely and ask questions before purchasing.
