SOCONY - VACUUM MOBILGAS Flying pegasus on large decal

Description

This measures to be approximately 6 & 1/4 in width  by 2" wide  by 6 inches  tall .
This has been in a collection of SOCONY / MOBIL  for more then 25 years and has  been displayed it in a  glass curio cabinet.
It has the  FLYING  RED PEGASUS that is famous for advertising  for   SOCONY / MOBIL.
No date or maker could be found.
The last picture is a close up of 2 tiny specks  that have ALWAYS been on this, I do not know what they are but needed to show this detail.
