    SLIDE PROCESSING
All of my original slides taken before 2005 were taken with
    Kodachrome
    film and were processed by
    Kodak
    .
    In
    2005
    Dwayne's Photo
    of Parsons, KS, became only
    Kodak-certified
    facility for processing
    Kodachrome
    slides in the United States.
Since 2005, all of my original slides have been processed by Dwayne's Photo
    .
In 2007 Kodak discontinued the production and distribution of their
    PK-20 and PK-36 Pre-Paid Processing Mailers
, and these newer Kodak slides no longer have the word "
    Kodak
" printed on the back of the cardboard mount.
I personally print the type of film used (ie. "
    Kodachrome
    ", "
    Provia
", etc.) on the back of the cardboard mount of my original slides, if the word "
    Kodak
    " does not automatically appear.
