    Description

    Up for sale is a vintage 1945 Gargoyle Compound No.1 Socony brass tool oil tag.  On it is "Fill with Gargoyle Compound No. 1 A Socony - Vacuum Product"  "Snyder Tool & Engineering Co. -  Detroit, Michigan,  U.S.A."  It is a painted metal tag in great condition.  For its age, it does not look used. Sines nicely.  In the lower right corner is MSH - 45.  It could have been WWII related.
    It measures 2 inches long and 1.5 inches high.
