Vintage ALPS Celluloid Boy Traveler with Suitcase, Wind-Up, Occupied Japan

Description

From a recent estate sale here in the Dallas area, here's a vintage celluloid and metal wind-up toy by Alps of Japan.  The boy is made of celluloid and has a blue coat and a red hat.  His right arm is movable and the left are is connected to the suitcase.  The suit case is a brown painted metal and says New York and London on it.  The mechanism that makes the boy walk is located in the suit case.  The key is missing, but the toy is in working condition.  The boys legs move like he is walking and wheels on the suitcase move the toy forward.
It is about 4 inches tall to the top of the boys hat.
It is in excellent condition with no breaks or dents to the celluloid.  The overall color is excellent.  The toy does not have the key.  Please review pictures.
It is marked Occupied Japan on the back of the boy's coat.
