As stated, some fashions are not in stock but rather made to order once the purchase is completed. Because of this, up to an additional
14 business days
may be required to complete your order. This is very important to note as it will definitely lengthen shipping time.
Delivery time during quarantine can cause delays anywhere from 2 weeks to 1.5 months!!
The buyer’s country can also play a role in shipping delays. Ease of clearing customs, postal services in your country, even national holidays can affect the service so please be patient.

MONEY REFUND POLICY
If a parcel is lost, eBay’s global shipping program will issue a refund. This is done no earlier than 1.5 months from shipping date. (Shipping date is the date the tracking number is issued which differs from the Auction end date)
If you haven’t received the parcel during the first month from the shipping date please contact us ASAP so that we can start the refund process by requesting a package search. Usually simply starting the search process is enough to stir things up and have the parcel delivered during the next 2-3 weeks.
